The Sounds of Phonotheque - Rhythm and Pulse in Uruguay's Dance Hub
This Friday, we are excited to welcome three of the Uruguayan house and techno scene's leading lights to Bethnal Green, for what's set to be one of our favourite Pickle parties to date. Headlining is DJ Koolt - once called ‘the greatest DJ you’ve never heard’, Koolt has Godlike status in Montevideo, and is now finally as revered in Europe as his protégé, Nicolas Lutz. He’ll be joined by deeply talented artist and Club Der Visionaere favourite Omar, and Melina Serser, a maestro of trippy downtempo and organic ambient soundscapes.
Holding these three DJs together is the common bond of Montevideo's dance hub - Phonotheque. Pulling in the world's finest selectors, this venue has become renowned for providing one of the planet's ultimate clubbing experiences.
